Our process

Investing in turnkey house & land packages, modern infill developments in established suburbs, and high-potential growth corridor properties with CapitalWise Property is a simple guided process. Here’s what to expect:

Step 1 - Initial Consultation & Fact-Finding Session

We take the time to thoroughly understand your circumstances, starting with your financial position, lifestyle goals, and long-term objectives. During this discovery process, we look beyond the numbers to understand what really matters to you—whether that’s building wealth, securing a first investment, diversifying your portfolio, or creating financial freedom for your family.

As part of this meeting, we:

Assess your goals – uncovering your short, medium, and long-term investment objectives.
Review your financial position – including income, savings, equity, and current commitments.

If we mutually agree our services will add value to your situation, a once-off engagement fee of $2,000 is charged. This secures our partnership and allows us to move forward with confidence.

Step 2 - Tailored Recommendations with Data-Driven Analytics

We craft a tailored investment plan built around your financial position, risk profile, and long-term goals. This includes a detailed property report with suburb profiles, market analytics, independent rental appraisals, 20-year cashflow forecasts and forecast tax depreciation schedules to demonstrate the strength and sustainability of your investment.

Alongside this, we complete a finance assessment in collaboration with your broker or lender to confirm borrowing capacity and ensure the strategy is both achievable and sustainable.

This comprehensive approach gives you clarity and confidence before moving forward to secure the right property.

Step 3 - Property selection

With your strategy and recommendations now presented, we move to the next stage—selecting a suitable property. With shortlisted opportunities that align with your goals, supported by suburb profiles, rental appraisals, and long-term cashflow forecasts, so you can make an informed and confident decision.

Step 4 - Seal the deal

After completing all the groundwork, now comes the exciting part— signing the contract and locking in your property with a deposit. This is more than just paperwork; it’s a powerful step toward building long-term wealth and achieving your investment goals.

Step 5 - Construction updates

Receive regular updates, reports, and photos to stay informed during construction.

Step 6 - Settlement & Handover

We manage the entire settlement process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free transition. This includes engaging suitable property managers to line up quality tenants, liaising with solicitors to finalise contracts, and working closely with mortgage brokers to coordinate finance. Every detail is handled so your property is ready to generate returns from day one.

Step 7 - Ongoing support

Post-settlement, our support doesn’t stop. We provide ongoing advice and performance updates to ensure your investment continues to thrive. Every six months, we review your portfolio to keep it aligned with your goals and identify new opportunities for growth. You’ll also have access to regular investor market insights and the guidance of a trusted property investment specialist—helping you stay informed, confident, and ahead of the market.
