The creation of CapitalWise Property came from Gary’s desire to simplify the property investment journey. Having seen firsthand how complex it can be—with multiple stakeholders, confusing processes, and information gaps—Gary wanted to give everyday Australians the same access to market intelligence, industry networks, and opportunities that are often reserved for those with decades of experience. His vision is to make property investment accessible, transparent, and empowering—helping more people work towards financial freedom through property.
Outside of business, Gary is passionate about sports and healthy living, often found on the sidelines cheering his kids on at soccer, tennis, karate, hip-hop dancing, and piano.
